Hi, I’m Sarah – baby & toddler sleep coach, founder of bubble & sleep, and mum of two boys.
After years in the corporate world, I longed for more meaning and real connection.
When my first son was born, I was caught off guard by sleep deprivation.
I wanted a gentle, responsive approach – but lacked the tools.
So I trained as a certified sleep coach. No rigid plans. No sleep training. Just clarity, knowledge, and trust.
Now I support families who want more rest – without losing their rhythm.
